King's Cross School

Picture

Our goal as a Christian school is to fight illiteracy, provide a nourishing daily meal, and inspire children to be their best, as they learn about Jesus Christ. There is no-charge to attend, but each student must maintain "good standing". The expenses are paid for by sponsors and supporters of our ministry.

In 2014, it was reported that 67 percent of Haitians go two or more days without eating. Because of these staggering statistics, we provide a lunch to all students...for many it is their only meal of the day.

Providing for the needs in this  area of the world is considerably less expensive than elsewhere.  For this reason, your money as a sponsor, can be stretched further, helping us reach more children for Christ.  For only $40/month, you can provide an education and daily meal for 4 children at King's Cross School.  We encourage those who give to give joyfully as you can see your gifts at work.

There is no public education available for the children in the area so the need is great.  Not only are we providing the children with a great education, we are empowering them to take control of their futures.  With this knowledge in hand, the children can begin to break the cycle of poverty that has stricken their country.
