Church
King's Cross Ministries also partners with the church in Galgal that was formed in 2015. About 100-150 people from the community attend church on a weekly basis. The Sunday services include worship, led by Vitalson Lamarre and Dormil Innocent, and a Bible-based message from Pastor Lamarre Fatal. In addition, the church often hosts revival services and outreach events to help spread the Gospel. Evangelism throughout the community is the focus of the committee that leads the church. Their goal is to help people know Christ, grow in Christ, and train up the younger generation, empowering them to go and fulfill the Great Commission.

My name is Lamarre Fatal. I was born in Galgal in the mountains above Cabaret in 1989. I began working with King’s Cross in 2012 as the second grade teacher after completing my university studies in the city. Later I became the Bible teacher throughout the school, teaching the students the truth about Jesus.
In conjunction with a new mission director (Mr. Jay Riehl), I started a Bible study for everyone in the Galgal area (adults and children) in 2015. It did not take long for this to give birth to a local church in Galgal, something that everyone in the area was waiting for, because it was only voodoo they used. I have been working as the pastor of the church in Galgal since 2015 and I teach high school social studies at a school in Cabaret.
